Daniel Kesselring is founder and partner of anteo partners Ltd and a highly experienced lead advisor and negotiator in national and international transactions. His specialty is legal and tax-optimized structuring of cross-border transactions.

Daniel is Chairman of the Board and co-owner of the international Berlac Group. From 1992 to 2000 Daniel worked for Ernst & Young in Zurich and New York in the Legal, Tax, and Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Finance divisions. From 2001 to 2003 he carried out numerous transaction processes in his position as Senior Manager at The Corporate Finance Group in Zurich.

Daniel holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich, is attorney-at-law, notary public and certified tax expert and participated in the PMD program at Harvard Business School.
